Destination Experience con soli 15 invitati!

Stilare la lista degli invitati è uno dei grattacapi più complicati durante la preparazione delle vostre nozze ed è sicuramente un aspetto di fondamentale importanza quando si organizza un matrimonio e deve essere concluso il prima possibile. Si sa, è sempre difficile scegliere tra zii e cugini lontani che forse non avete mai visto, conoscenti che non vi vedono da quando avevate 6 anni, o ancora vicini di casa ai quali a stento rivolgete la parola.

Ma chi vi obbliga a scegliere chi invitare alle vostre nozze? O chi ha detto che un matrimonio con pochi invitati possa essere noioso?

Sicuramente una scelta bizzarra l’hanno fatta Paolo e Vanessa che senza farsi prendere da dubbi e incertezze, hanno scritto in una paginetta, i loro quindici nomi. Quindici invitati, tra parenti e amici davanti ai quali pronunciare il loro “Si” e condividere ogni momento, regalando loro tre giornate intense, una vera e propria esperienza Made in Sud.

Vi racconto la loro storia…

Due anni fa, durante una vacanza, Paolo e Vanessa, da Treviso sono approdati nella bellissima Matera, e ne sono rimasti folgorati, tanto da decidere, dopo 13 anni di fidanzamento, di convolare a nozze proprio nella città dei Sassi.

Dopo mesi di mail e chiamate, li abbiamo incontrati ad inizio febbraio 2020 per mettere a punto ogni dettaglio del loro matrimonio.

Voli, transfer, camere, visite guidate, degustazioni e divertimento, nei mesi precedenti abbiamo pianificato ogni giornata, ogni momento, contattato fornitori d’eccellenza e cercato tutto quello che di più emozionante la città potesse offrire. Nemmeno la pandemia è riuscita a mettere a freno l’entusiasmo e la grinta, abbiam solo dovuto rimandare di due mesi la data per la sicurezza dei voli!

Il 20 agosto abbiamo atteso, assieme a Paolo e Vanessa, l’arrivo dei loro ospiti con frenesia. Un’intera masseria a loro completa disposizione, 15 persone gioiose, all’oscuro di tutto quello che era stato organizzato per loro!

All’interno delle loro camere hanno trovato un biglietto di benvenuto, in coordinato con tutta la wedding stationery, con alcune indicazioni e niente più, solo suspance. Degustazione di salumi e formaggi, divertimento, e serenate hanno allietato la loro prima serata, ma a letto presto, perché la mattina seguente li avrebbe attesi un bel giro turistico tra i meravigliosi vicoli dei Sassi, una scoperta, passo dopo passo, della vera bellezza.

Brunch a bordo piscine e super relax tra foto, panorami e tramonto, per prepararsi poi ad una nuova cena, tra piatti tipici e vini delle cantine locali.

E tra mangiate, chiacchiere e stupore per la magia che i Sassi regalano, è arrivato il giorno delle nozze.

L’emozione ha preso il sopravvento. Mentre le navette accompagnavano gli ospiti e uno sposo teso come una corda di violino in Chiesa, la sposa era sotto gli ultimi colpi di spazzola. Scarrozzata per la citta in uno splendido maggiolone d’altri tempi, Vanessa ha raggiunto il suo Paolo per pronunciare finalmente il loro “Si” davanti a Dio e alle persone davvero care.

Ma diamo inizio alla vera festa tra battiti di tamburelli, note di fisarmonica e volteggi delle ballerine! Ad accogliere sposi e ospiti, presso la Masseria Fortificata San Francesco, un gruppo folkloristico locale ha aperto le danze facendo scatenare proprio tutti!

Il sole caldo del Sud ha fatto da cornice alla loro giornata, che dopo svarianti brindisi e tanta felicità, si è conclusa con un bel tuffo in piscina!

Ed il giorno successivo è stata una vera fatica per sposi ed ospiti dover chiudere le valige e abbandonare quell’angolo di paradiso, così perfetto, a misura per loro, che ha regalato emozioni, ricordi gioiosi difficili da dimenticare!

Anche per noi di Sud Experience, quello di Paolo e Vanessa è stato un matrimonio indimenticabile, la dimostrazione che si può far vivere una magica esperienza e ci si può divertire davvero anche con soli quindici invitati, perché l’importante è avere accanto le persone giuste. La perfetta organizzazione dell’intero evento ha permesso alla coppia di vivere serenamente quelle giornate, godendosi ogni momento con spensieratezza!

Destination Wedding per “A&R” a Matera

Sposarsi lontano da casa, scegliere Matera e il Sud, celebrare in antiche dimore della Città Patrimonio dell’Unesco e già Capitale Europea della Cultura 2019, insieme a partner affidabili che organizzano in maniera impeccabile il tuo giorno più bello.
Hanno scelto di farlo Andrea e Roberta, affiatata coppia di imprenditori milanesi che ha affidato a Sud Experience l’organizzazione delle loro nozze Made in Sud. Giovani, brillanti e sempre con il sorriso sulle labbra, gli sposi in trasferta hanno optato per il Destination Wedding nella città dei Sassi.

Il 3 agosto 2019, hanno celebrato e festeggiato tra gli antichi rioni di tufo il loro matrimonio, mentre in contemporanea, sul palcoscenico dei Sassi  andava in scena  la “Cavalleria Rusticana” di Mascagni,  performance collettiva realizzata dalla Fondazione Matera Basilicata 2019 insieme al Teatro San Carlo di Napoli, con la regia di Giorgio Barberio Corsetti.

Chiesa, location, transfer, hotel, ricevimento, allestimento floreale, coordinati grafici con elementi distintitivi per la wedding stationery, gadget personalizzati e di grande comfort anche per gli ospiti: Sud Experience ha creato per loro il matrimonio perfetto, esaudendo desideri e suggerendo soluzioni personalizzate ed eleganti per organizzare la loro festa, anche a molti chilometri di distanza.

A colmare la lontananza, nei mesi precedenti, mentre loro erano immersi nella vita milanese e noi in studio a creare e progettare, abbiamo lavorato insieme ai nostri fornitori più di fiducia e pianificato la festa nunziale scambiandoci innumerevoli telefonate, messaggi multimediali e videochiamate.

Con Matera co-protagonista nel loro giorno più speciale, gli sposi hanno scelto il Convento di Sant’Agostino, monumento nazionale arroccato su uno sperone roccioso con una vista mozzafiato sui Sassi, come luogo per dirsi “si”; per il ricevimento e i festeggiamenti, Palazzo Viceconte, con la sua imponente bellezza, abbarbicato nel quartiere Civita ha accolto amici e parenti nella sua maestosità a picco sui Sassi.

Le decorazioni floreali scelte per l’occasione hanno messo in scena i lisianthus bianchi insieme a tanto verde e con un lieve accenno di rosa. Il bouquet di peonie e ulivo con eleganza ha arricchito la mise della sposa Roberta.

Con un tocco di originialità, il brand “A&R” creato per l’occasione con impresse le loro iniziali è stato il fil rouge di tutti i materiali creati per la wedding stationery, dallo stampo per la cera lacca dell’invito al biglietto di benvenuto nelle camere degli hotel per gli ospiti attesi, dalla wedding bag con all’interno il ventaglio marchiato “A&R” alla bottiglietta d’acqua con l’etichetta personalizzata, dalle ciabatte per facilitare le amiche invitate nella passeggiata nei Sassi al menù pensato e realizzato ad personam.

Lontano da casa, insieme agli amici più cari e ai parenti, Andrea e Roberta si sono affidati a Sud Experience scegliendo come destinazione Matera, vivendo così non solo un matrimonio da favola, ma anche una luna di miele speciale, alla scoperta della cultura di luoghi affascinanti e millenari, in una delle città più antiche del mondo.
